The bright open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Relax in the enclosed sunroom, furnished with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. The modern kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, while ironing equipment is also provided for your convenience. The inviting bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

There were three of us travelling, but the accommodation could accommodate four people. Everything was new, the towels and bed linen were fresh and fresh-smelling, it felt like you were in a good hote
