Welcome to my studio! This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 4th floor - the lift only works from the first floor. It is designed in a classy, modern style. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table where guests can share meals together. The sleeping area is modernly decorated and it includes a queen bed fitted and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

NOTE: The property is located on a busy street, so there could be some noise during the day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
