Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs - the lift only works from the first floor. It is designed with classy and modern areas. The living space features a lovely small double bed (120x200), a dining table for two and a TV. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware, cutlery, an oven and an electric hob. The bathroom is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant experience. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! /esp

NOTE: The property is located on a busy street, so there could be some noise during the day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
