Situated on the ground floor, the studio's open space design creates an airy and inviting ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of city exploration. The living room features a single sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, a comfortable queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and a dining table for three. Additionally, step outside to the terrace, with seating arrangements perfect for unwinding, dining, or simply soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and oven. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
