Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible via a lift, this apartment boasts an inviting open floor plan. The living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a large widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Plus, enjoy a private balcony where you can unwind and soak in the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, a dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup a breeze, while a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment are also available for your laundry needs. Retreat to the serene bedroom, featuring a queen bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
