Welcome to my home! Located on the 2nd floor with stair access only, this apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Here you can enjoy peaceful days outside on the balcony while enjoying at the amazing views. Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There is 1 bedroom with a Queen-sized bed fitted with hotel-quality linens, and a sofa bed in the living room which will be set up upon request. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

A beautiful and bright flat in a prime location. Ideal for a city trip. Easy walking distance to the harbour, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station.
