Discover this superb 100m² apartment, located on the second floor of a beautiful building in the historic center of Poitiers. The apartment offers a superb, unobstructed view of the city's historic district, the Place de l'Ancien Tribunal and the streets of the city center. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and incredibly bright. The apartment features a private entrance with plenty of storage space, opening onto a modern, fully-equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.). It features a spacious, cozy living room with dining area and large flat-screen TV. The apartment also has 3 bedrooms and a shower room. All the necessary comforts are provided on site, as are household linen (sheets, covers, towels, etc.). All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay with family or friends!

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week. For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.
