This cozy apartment, ideal for your business trips or leisure stays, offers a bright and welcoming living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV, and a functional dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.). The bedroom features a double bed for a good night's sleep. In the evening, the sofa transforms into a comfortable bed. Finally, the bathroom has a shower and toilet. Located in a quiet and sought-after neighborhood, the apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the historic center and Place d'Armes, fifteen minutes from the SNCF train station, and about a fifteen-minute drive from Futuroscope. Shops, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. For your convenience, fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
