Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 31 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access. The cosy living area has a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining/bar table is great for social eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided. The bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
