Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover this 35 m² apartment, located opposite Notre-Dame de Paris. Modern and cosy, it can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally 2, offering an ideal setting for a stay as a couple or with friends.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment: Living room: An inviting space with double sofa bed, TV and dining table. Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, coffee, sugar and tea capsules to enhance your stay. Mezzanine bedroom: Cozy and welcoming master bedroom with a double bed located on a small mezzanine. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower gel and shampoo kit. A hairdryer is also available. Toilet: WC integrated into the bathroom for greater convenience and functionality. Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, TV screen, Wi-Fi included, iron. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and one set of towels per person are provided. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the ground floor and its front door opens directly onto the street. It has no window that opens, so ventilation is limited and, to air the apartment, you need to open the front door. If fresh air matters a lot to you, please take this into account. * At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two, or three for a short stay. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, and the dining table has to be moved to open it. There is then little room left to move around and store luggage, and the bathroom, which also contains the toilet, is narrow. * The double bed in the bedroom is on a mezzanine, high up, a bit like a bunk bed. Getting in and out of it requires some agility, which can be uncomfortable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame and the Seine and a 6-minute walk from Maubert-Mutualité metro station, with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and comfortable beds.
