This apartment is on the right bank, in the 11th arrondissement, at the edge of the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in the historic Marais district, just a few hundred metres from the Place des Vosges, in a lively area, close to local businesses. Very vibrant neighborhood features a large weekly street market, upscale grocery "Maison Plisson", cool concept store "Merci" and high-end galleries and trendy bars and restaurants. You can also go for a very short walk around the Place des Vosges, Ile-Saint-Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Bastille in less than five minutes.

Perfectly suited for up to 6 guests, it features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the metro, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy a peaceful and convenient stay in the very heart of the capital.

Welcome to our home! This bright and spacious 135 m² apartment is located near Place des Vosges, in the prestigious Archives district of the Marais. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. Two grand pianos are also available, perfect for music lovers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stovetop, oven, kettle, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare delicious homemade meals. All the necessary cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also supply fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The three bedrooms each feature a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel-grade linens. From two of the bedrooms, the balcony offers stunning views of the Bastille, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre-Dame. There are two bathrooms in the apartment: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in ideal location. This is a very much lived-in apartment so you have to be comfortable with that - for our family it was perfect.

A beautiful Parisan flat in a great neighborhood. A home away from home with a view of the Eifel Tower. A wonderful place to come back to after a busy day in Paris.
