This 30 m² studio on the 1st floor, without an elevator, located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is the perfect place for two people. It features a bright space with a double bed and a bathroom. You’ll enjoy the close proximity to many tourist attractions, and the Jacques Bonsergent metro station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Welcome to my apartment! The studio is close to Canal Saint-Martin and République. The entrance to this 30 m² studio opens into an elegantly decorated space that offers comfort and functionality. While there is only one window, which limits the amount of natural light, the warm and cozy atmosphere makes it an inviting place to relax after exploring the city. The living area has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet allows you to store your belongings, making you feel right at home, and there's also a large television. The dining area features a table that can seat up to two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals (refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine). The bathroom has a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. The studio is professionally cleaned between stays, and a smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, where you may occasionally hear the sounds of the city and nearby activity. This vibrant atmosphere is part of the area’s charm but may not suit those seeking complete quiet. Please note that there is ongoing construction work in the building until April 2025, which may cause some noise during the day. Enjoy your stay!

Hello, everything was perfect except that a single key was given for a reservation for 2 people. The house is extremely clean. The location was very good. I will stay when I come again.
