The apartment has all the essentials required for your comfort during your stay!

Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, this apartment offers you all the comfort you need for a long stay in Paris. Designed with an open living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful retreat after spending a long day in the city. The queen bed also comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal including an electric stove and a microwave. There is a washer should you need it. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. The property is at the 6th floor. Please note the lift goes until the 5th, then you have to take the stairs up to the 6th. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
