Welcome to my 48 m² flat on the 2nd floor in Paris’s 17th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Ideally situated just 4 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the city.

Welcome to this lovely 48 m² flat, situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa (not a sofa bed). The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation includes a bedroom thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – dimensions 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a large mirror. You’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The outdoor area offers a pleasant space to relax: a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a quiet moment. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
