This two-bedroom apartment in the 6th arrondissement is perfect for families or friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Jardin du Luxembourg, Hôtel des Invalides), good restaurants and shops, and the Vaneau station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 65m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a kitchen bar that can be used for eating or working. There is also an extendable desk/table in the living room, which can either be used as a work table or to host dinner guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A cot bed is also available in one of the rooms (no linen provided for the baby cot.) The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
