Welcome ! Experience the charm of Parisian living in this spacious two-level apartment, nestled under the elegant mansard roof with high ceilings and views over Boulevard de Magenta. Just steps from the picturesque Canal Saint-Martin, this is Paris at its most authentic. The 70 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a cozy and convenient stay. The living area features plush, comfortable sofas, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and a dining table that seats up to four people. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to prepare your meals with ease: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens, along with desks and bookshelves for added comfort and functionality. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the first bedroom. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, and you’ll also find a washing machine for your convenience. Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. Thank you for your understanding. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your Parisian getaway!

In case of noise or noise late at night, we will be obliged to relocate or take a portion of your deposit. thank you for your understanding There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
