It can comfortably accommodate two people with its mezzanine bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from top tourist attractions and the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Paris!

It is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. The flat is designed with open-plan living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The loft contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout the stay! The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
