Welcome to my 38 m² apartment, located on the second floor in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with its two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! Step into this charming 38 m² apartment and discover a bright, thoughtfully decorated space with an elegant and inviting style. The living and dining area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x190), a TV, a desk ideal for remote work, and a large table that seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and even a washing machine for added convenience. The bedroom includes a cozy double bed (160x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-style linens. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. For added comfort during warmer days, two fans are available in the flat. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy your time in Paris!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
