It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its living room with a couch bed, its bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro stations, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 33 m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Wall of I Love You! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as an electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay! For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
