As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a large sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, stairs to the loft bedroom, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The loft bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

Very nice lively neighbourhood to stay in and the flat has everything you need. If a problem, help is provided quickly. Definitely highly recommended.
