Welcome to our home! Ideally located in the 13th arrondissement, right at the Place d'Italie metro station and only a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, our flat is the perfect home for your mid to long-term stay in beautiful Paris! Our modern and clean studio flat features a sofa and dining table overlooking a panoramic and gorgeous view of the city. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, microwave, and fridge. We also have a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle prepared for your use! The double bed (dimension 140 X 190cm) is prepared with fresh sheets and there is a wardrobe to keep your belongings. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and clean towels. Feel free to use the ironing facilities, cleaning equipment, and washing machine in the home. NB : Possibility of a parking space on the premises (in the building) - On request (extra charge). We hope you enjoy your stay!
