Welcome to my 18 m² studio on the 4th floor in Paris’s 18th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, featuring a bedroom area with a fold-away bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the city.

Welcome to this charming 18 m² studio, located on the 4th floor (with a lift). Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to the Sacré-Cœur, tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more – perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a fold-away fold-out bed for two people and a television for your downtime. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: a microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.

Incredible location, in one of the most charming places I've ever been. A few metres from the Sacre-cour basilica, close to restaurants and bars. In short, it was an incredible stay. We loved it.
