There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the Saint-Paul commuter station is just 2 minutes walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

The apartment's location provides easy access to the city's most popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations, making it the perfect base for exploring all of Paris! It is designed with an open floor plan. The bright living room features a comfortable seating area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main room has a queen-sized bed, and the other two contain bunk beds (two single beds) each. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. All bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
