Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, it features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two beautifully landscaped terraces. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, this apartment offers a peaceful setting for you to fully enjoy your stay in Paris.

The dining area includes a large table, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. It opens onto a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful, green setting with a 180° view of Paris. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for preparing your meals. On this level, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. You'll also have a desk and a pleasant view of a small, landscaped terrace. The adjacent bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom opens onto a beautiful 35m² terrace, lush with plants and trees, equipped for outdoor dining and sunbathing. A large queen-size bed awaits you, along with high-quality bed linens. This room is also equipped with air conditioning, a desk, an exercise bike, and a radio for optimal comfort.
