Former lumberjack village turned luxury neighbourhood, Passy, or the 16th district, is a leafy picturesque neighbourhood filled with tranquil old-world charm. Lining the streets, previous lumberjack residents have now made way for mansions, fashion boutiques and other luxury stores. On the main shopping streets, you’ll find luxury brand labels everywhere. Besides shopping, Passy is also a former home to the famous writer Balzac, who once lived on Rue Raynouard from 1840 to 1847. Now listed as a Historic Monument, the house also acts as a museum dedicated to Honore de Balzac. A little further along Charles Dickens Square stands the Wine Museum. Magnificent 15th century vaulted cellars, with a rich collection of over 2000 objects, learn about wine-making throughout the ages! Don’t miss out on Passy’s covered market. Welcome to my home! Step inside and you’ll find a cosy living room with a sofa that pulls out to a sofabed, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. In the next room is the dining area, where you'll find a table for 6 and next to that, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a simple meal. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort, and in the bathroom you'll find a shower and a toilet. The home is fully equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable holiday. You’ll find WiFi available for free during your stay, along with a washing machine if you need to do your laundry, as well as fresh towels and free toiletries, all for your convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay! =)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
