The property is close to various attractions (Place du Trocadero, Paris Aquarium, etc.), good restaurants and shops, and the Trocadéro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

It is on the 7th floor, accessible with an elevator. The apartment has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is also equipped with a plush queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery so you can whip up a delicious meal, including a microwave, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
