Welcome to my 30 m² flat on the 6th floor (no lift) in Paris's 17th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its queen-size bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located two minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome! The front door of this 30m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. Please be aware that the flat is on the 6th floor, and the building has no lift. The sitting area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television. The fully equipped kitchen area includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen. The bathroom is spacious. It has sink, a large mirror, a shower and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Flat on the 6th floor without lift; but it is worth getting up there and enjoying the view of the tour effiel.
