Welcome to my 40 m² flat on the 4th floor in Paris’s 14th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, featuring an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The living room is brightly decorated and has an adjoining kitchen. Ideally located just a two-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome to this lovely 40 m² flat, situated on the 4th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as Montparnasse, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation features a bedroom thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The double bed (140 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a large mirror. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay to the full!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
