The studio has open living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living space includes a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a luxurious experience. Step onto the private balcony with seating areas to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the city. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave. A designated dining area is also for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your convenience, featuring a luxury Roman shower, a washer-dryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
