This house, located on the ground floor with an additional floor in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, is perfect for couples or families. You'll appreciate its proximity to many tourist attractions, such as Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Moreover, Jourdain metro station is a 3-minute walk from the house. The Jourdain Village is a very pleasant area with numerous food shops, bars, and restaurants.

Welcome! The entrance door of this 84 sqm house opens into a large and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area offers a large table that can accommodate up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a single loft bed, perfect for a child, and a crib for a baby. The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Closets will allow you to store your belongings and feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. There are two toilets, one on the ground floor and a second one on the 1st floor in the bathroom. A washer-dryer is also available. The house is professionally cleaned between stays. You just have to enjoy it!

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
