This modern studio in the 3rd arrondissement is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Sainte-Chapelle, Notre-Dame), good restaurants and shops, and the Arts et Métiers station is just 3-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! The entrance to this bright and stylishly decorated 15 m² studio opens onto a welcoming living space. The studio features a very comfortable daybed that converts into a double bed. Update: In summer 2026, the former sofa bed was replaced with a brand-new bed and a new mattress, providing excellent comfort throughout your stay. The bed is carefully made with high-quality, hotel-style linens. Both the bed and mattress have recently been replaced to ensure the best possible comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils you may need to prepare your meals. A washing machine is also available. The bathroom includes a washbasin, mirror, shower and toilet. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.
