It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the Guy Môquet metro, you can enjoy a charming stay exploring Paris!

Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished with chic decors, this charming apartment is close to many of Paris' top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa, a big TV, and a fireplace, relax in the living room after spending a long day in the city. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, a toaster, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
