Welcome to my 80 m2 flat on the 1st floor in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with its 2 bedrooms with single and double beds, its fully equipped kitchen and its bathroom Ideally located 6 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the Capital.

Welcome to this 80 m² apartment, filled with light and elegantly decorated. Please take note of this before booking : Roof renovation work is currently taking place on the building. Scaffolding has been installed for the duration of the works, and there may occasionally be some minor noise or visual disturbances during the day. Please be assured that the works do not affect the comfort of the apartment, which remains fully accessible, quiet at night, and perfectly functional for your stay. The living room features 2 comfortables sofas. One of them can be converted into a single bed, along with a large television for your moments of relaxation. The dining area is equipped with a spacious table that can accommodate up to six guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an oven, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and much more. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200), made up with hotel-quality linens. An en-suite bathroom with a shower completes this space. The second bedroom, designed for children, includes a bunk bed with two single beds as well as an additional single bed. Toys are available, and all beds are prepared with the same care and quality linens. The apartment also has a second spacious bathroom with two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. A separate second toilet is also available. For your convenience, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is provided. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your comfort and safety. It is professionally cleaned between each stay. Access to the apartment is possible via stairs or a small elevator. All that’s left is for you to settle in and enjoy your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
