Welcome to my 19 m2 Studio on the 2nd floor in Paris' 3rd district. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with a sofa bed in the living room, its fully equipped kitchen area and bathroom. Ideally located just 7 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light!

Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, this charming and tastefully decorated 19m² studio is close to the main attractions of Marais, Paris, such as Hôtel de Ville, Les Halles or Place de la République! This studio is designed with open spaces (living room, dining room and kitchen). The living area features a large, comfortable double sofa bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's also a desk area with a table and a chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave oven. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your comfort, including towels and free toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!
