This spacious four-bedroom house in Louredo is perfect for big families looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Ponte de São Gonçalo, Trilho das Azenhas), good restaurants and shops and the Paredes train station is just a 9 minutes drive away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (150 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Louredo, such as Ponte de São Gonçalo and Trilho das Azenhas! The train station is only a few minutes' walk away from the house, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This house is designed with spacious living and dining areas and a separate kitchen area that also has its own dining space. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table big enough to accommodate eight people, The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including a barbecue, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The house also comes with a washer and ironing equipment, should you need them. The four bedrooms feature a mix of double beds and single beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The four bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a hair dryer. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a private deck and pool equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The house features a private electric vehicle charging station for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

We (2 families) have stayed here for 5 nights. Each bedroom had a separate bathroom, some even had a separate entrance, which was really nice. Villa has a very big and beautiful garden with the splend
