Multiple bus stops are nearby, and the metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13), 15 minutes away, will take you straight to Les Champs Elysées, where you can enjoy Paris' top attractions.

This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a TV to watch your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Enjoy your stay!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
