Ericeira is a (former) fishing village now one of Portugal's main beach and surfing towns. It's Europe's first (and still only) World Surfing Reserve, with surfers worldwide heading to its golden-sand Ribeira d'Ilhas beach annually. It's a site of the World Qualifying Series (WQS) and often hosts national championships. If you're an amateur surfer, you'll find surf camps offering lessons and board and wetsuit rentals. If you're not a surfer, you'll still enjoy your visit, as it's quite a charming place that remains one of Portugal's best examples of a traditional seaside town, despite its new cool and cosmopolitan side. The best month for a day at the beach is September. As the August crowds are gone, it's still warm and sunny, and the winds that blow from the north in the summer have died down.

The property is close to various attractions, such as beaches and churches, good restaurants and shops, and the Lgo Pocinhos Bus Station station is just a few minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and prepare delicious meals. The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a double bed and three single ones, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
