The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants, and shops, and the Tirso de Molina subway station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my flat! This comfortable 3-bedroom flat in Madrid is the perfect accommodation for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The flat is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchenware, such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. All three bedrooms have double beds, including bed linen. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The other bedroom has a balcony from which you can enjoy the views of the neighbourhood. Both bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities such as fresh towels, hairdryer and free toiletries. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift. Due to the building’s exposure, some street noise may be heard inside the apartment. Please also note that hot water is provided by an electric water heater (boiler) designed for considerate use by up to 6 guests. Once the hot water has been used, it needs some time to heat up again, so we recommend waiting between showers and kindly ask guests to use water responsibly.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift. Due to the building’s exposure, some street noise may be heard inside the apartment. Please also note that the apartment’s water supply is designed for considerate use by up to 6 guests, so we kindly ask guests to use water responsibly.
