Our 35 m2 studio is an excellent choice for your adventure in Madrid. Its central location is very close to the city's main attractions, restaurants and shops. Just 3 minutes from the famous Gran Via and 7 minutes walk from Sol Madrid, guests can easily travel and explore the city.

Welcome to my studio! Situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, in the city's heart, our lovely studio offers an ideal retreat for your stay in Madrid. The area boasts a rich blend of culture, history, and modernity, providing a captivating experience for every traveller. It is designed with an open-plan layout. The living area features a sofa, a double bed with hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort, a SMART TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. Please note that the TV can only be used to watch Netflix and smart apps. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
