The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a TV to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy pleasant moments with your travel companions. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, basic cooking utensils, and tableware to meet any culinary needs. It also includes a washing machine for your laundry. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, while the second bedroom, located on the first floor and accessible via an interior staircase, also has a double bed. Both are fully furnished, and the beds come with fresh linens. The bathroom includes all the essentials to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After booking, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
