Are you looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Madrid? Look no further! Our three-bedroom apartment is spacious and bright and is perfect for friends or families. The apartment is just a few minutes from the city centre, and La Latina train station is just 3-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city's main attractions!

Welcome to our flat! The place is perfect for couples, families or friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed and TV. It also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which has all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the third bedroom has a double bed, all with bed linen and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Check-ins after 9 PM until midnight will have an extra cost of 30€, and check-ins after midnight will have an additional charge of 55€. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
