Welcome to our studio! We are delighted to welcome you to our modern, newly renovated studio with an unbeatable location in Madrid. The property is situated very close to several key points of the city and offers easy access to different areas depending on your needs. This studio is comfortably designed so you can enjoy every part of the space. Upon entering, you’ll find the double bed connected to the living area, which includes a sofa, side tables and a Smart TV to suit all entertainment preferences. Separated by small wooden columns, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric stovetop and refrigerator, along with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Next to it, there is a built-in table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The accommodation also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board to cover all the needs of your stay. Lastly, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort, and the bed is prepared with fresh linens. Note: This apartment is for seasonal rental only – It is not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After finalizing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)"
