Charming 31m² studio apartment ideal for 2 people, with elevator, tastefully furnished and equipped. Located 600 metres from the Part Dieu train station, this is a dynamic area of the city where you can make the most of a great stay in Lyon. Take advantage of the flat's small covered balcony to enjoy a good coffee and appreciate the outdoors. All shops and public transport are within walking distance.

Fully furnished and tastefully equipped 31m2 studio apartment on the 3rd floor with lift. As you enter this cosy little nest, you will discover: An entrance hall with cupboards, wardrobes and shelving. A living room with a dining area with a small table and 2 chairs, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, combined microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, induction hob and everything you need to cook. The sleeping area has a 160x20 double bed, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access throughout the flat. There is a bathroom with bath, washbasin with storage, washing machine/dryer and separate WC. Finally, there is a covered balcony with a small outdoor table and 2 chairs. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet).
