Welcome to my home! Experience the allure of Lyon from the comfort of 43 Rue Paul Bert, where history, culture, and modern convenience come together to create an unforgettable stay. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: As with all old buildings, the apartment can sometimes be noisy. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
