The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement but it is very close to the 3rd. - La Guillotière : the Chinese district of Lyon, you will find many shops and Asian restaurants. But this district is also known for its banks of the Rhône river and its numerous barges, which make it a very pleasant place when the nice days come when all the inhabitants of Lyon get together. Its location in the heart of the city, the business center of Part-Dieu, and the presence of the train station make it a very attractive area economically. Its residential districts and its proximity to the city centre also make it a popular area for families.

It’s in a super handy location with great public transport links, so getting around is easy. You’ll have a small kitchen with the basics for simple meals, a washer for laundry, fresh towels, toiletries, and 24/7 guest support if you need anything. Just so you know: it’s on the smaller side, and the only bed is a sofa bed. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect with, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

the appartement corresponds with the annonce. It s very convenient to stay in the core of Lyon. It s also very safe for the bicycle.
