In Lyon's 6th arrondissement, close to Les Brotteaux, the Part Dieu business district and its shopping centre of the same name, discover a cosy, quiet 50m2 flat overlooking green spaces. Fully furnished for the comfort of 4 people, ideally located for a tourist or business stay.

The flat has been fully thought through in terms of space, furnishings and equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is particularly quiet, as it overlooks green spaces. The building has a lift. It is composed as follows: A large living room with sitting area, 2-seater sofa bed, flat-screen connected TV, desk area and Wi-Fi connection. An open-plan kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and all you need to cook. One bedroom with large dressing area and hotel-quality 160x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine/dryer and separate WC. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar cubes, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.

Self check-in. Keys are to be collected using a code given in advance from a shop (open every day from 07:00am to 1:00am) near the flat. For arrivals or departures outside these times, you will be charged €20, depending on the availability of our receptionist outside these times, or to return the keys to the shop for you on the day of your departure if this is not possible. Thank you for your understanding. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift. Secure building with digicode. On-street parking only.
