Welcome to my home! This recently renovated 34m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Located in an area well served by public transport, it will allow you to easily discover the city of Lyon. The apartment consists as follows: - A bedroom with a cupboard to store your belongings. - A fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and some kitchen utensils. - A good size bathroom, with a shower, a sink, hairdryer, and a washing machine. In order to ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we will provide you with hotel-quality linens, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats, toiletries, kitchen towels, welcome capsules, and sachets of tea. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). No pets allowed. No stag, hen, or other parties / event Shower gel, toilet paper, coffee capsules and welcome tea bags are provided. The guests can purchase additional consumables at the supermarket at the bottom of the building. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
