The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed, a TV, and a desk, perfect for working or unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and mirror. Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival. All you need to do is unpack and fully enjoy your stay in Lyon!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
