Welcome to my 130 m² apartment on the 7th floor in the 7th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and terrace. Ideally located just 7 minutes from the tram, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay in Lyon.

Welcome! Step through the door of this magnificent 130 m² apartment, including a 60 m² terrace, and discover a bright, spacious, and elegantly decorated space, designed for your comfort and well-being. The living room welcomes you with its comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in front of the television after a day exploring Lyon. The dining area offers a large, convivial table that can seat up to eight people. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals just like at home. It opens onto a superb 60 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, a real asset for fully enjoying the beautiful weather. Two balconies complete this outdoor space: one measuring 18 m² and the other 12 m², providing the apartment with a pleasant openness to the outdoors and beautiful natural light. For sleeping accommodations, the master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200), two other bedrooms have double beds (130x200) and (140x200), and the fourth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed (90x200). All beds are made with hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort. A crib and high chair are also available for families traveling with babies. Please note that the crib is provided without linens. Storage space is available in each bedroom, as well as desks for your quiet time working or reading. The apartment has two bathrooms: The first includes two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, a jacuzzi, and a toilet. The second is equipped with a bathtub. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. Parking is available, and Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. To ensure your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is also professionally cleaned between each stay. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

A very pleasant stay in this large, well-appointed flat, with a master bedroom set apart from the others! There were 7 of us without being on top of each other. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Easy
