This cosy flat is located in a lively, animated neighbourhood full of character and energy. While the vibrant surroundings bring a lot of excitement and fun, please note that the animated world outside can get a bit noisy at times. The spacious living room (25m2) combines traditional and modern styles. Naturally very bright, with wonderful period features (wood floors, black marble mantlepiece, etc.), it has quintessential Lyonnais charm and style. The first bedroom (14m2) has a beautiful wooden floor, a queen-size bed, and Asian-inspired furnishings. Located far from the street, it is peaceful and calm. The second bedroom has a comfortable two-person sofa-bed. It can accommodate one or two adults, but works particularly well for families with children or babies. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a shower, a small bath, ideal for babies and young children, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
